Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every piece.
If something's not quite right, we're happy to help. Please review our return guidelines below.
Return Policy:
We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 10 calendar days from the date you purchased your order in store or received your online order as stated "delivered" on tracking info. We will offer an exchange if the item and size needed are still in stock, if not, store credit will be given.
Items MUST have tags attached, may not be washed or worn, and cannot have any damage. Items that come in a package must be returned with the package intact and not damaged so that it can be placed on the sales floor once returned.
Final Sale Items: Jewelry, All Sale Items, Intimates, some accessories as noted, and gift cards.
Returns by mail (if applicable):
You MUST notify us within 5 days of receiving your item that you will be sending an item back and it must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your item as shown as "delivered" in tracking info. Email us at: shoptidetrue@gmail.com
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then you will be emailed a digital merchandise credit.
Late or missing exchange credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your digital refund yet, first check your junk email.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if there is no tracking available for it.
