Meet the Owner, Angie

Hi, I'm Angie; founder of Tide & True Boutique.  After 27 years in the fast-paced world of banking and working for corporate, I felt pulled toward something more personal, more creative and more aligned with who I truly am.  That calling led me to open my first boutique, Yogi's Closet, seven years ago in Ohio; it was a space inspired by my love of yoga, mindful living, and effortless fashion.

Owning a boutique allowed me to blend business with heart.  I connected with amazing women, curated styles that made people feel confident and empowered by their style.  We found joy in the details that told a story behind each piece.

Now I'm building on everything I've learned with Tide & True, a coastal-inspired boutique that reflects my roots, my passions, and the soulful, sun-washed vibe of North Carolina.  This shop is a reflection of personal transformation, resilience, and the beauty of slowing down to honor what is real and true.  

Whether you're stopping by for a new outfit, a locally made treasure or one of our workshops - I hope you feel the care, intention, and love that flows through every part of Tide & True Boutique.
