Returns & Exchanges
If something is not quite right, we're happy to help. Tide & True accepts returns for store credit only within 10 days of delivery or in-store purchase. Items must be unworn in original condition, with tags attached.

Frequently Asked Questions
If a size is not available online or in store can I still get one ordered for me?
Everything that is on our website is available in our store. There is no "corporate office" we can order 1 item from. Most wholesale orders come in pre-set packs and cannot order only 1 of anything. There are a few exceptions mostly with jewelry and accessories as they are not "preset" on ordering limits.
Can I change the contents of my online order?
Alterations to your order are possible within 24 hours of placement. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to ask for assistance.
How long will my order take to ship?
Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, delivery times can vary based on your location and the specific item ordered. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Be sure to use your tracking number to verify with the appropriate shipping source. We typically use USPS but in some cases if less expensive we will use UPS. In cases where the package was marked as delivered but is missing, it may be considered stolen. While we don't directly replace stolen items, we recommend you contact your local post office or UPS and if necessary, file a police report and contact your home insurance for possible coverage.
